Once your order is placed, our dedicated artisans begin the detailed work of creating your personalised item. Processing time before shipping takes 1-2 business days, and another 2-4 days to deliver the product. Below chart is for reference

Tracking and Delivery

Track Your Thoughtfulness: A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.

OTP for Secure Delivery: Please share the OTP with the delivery agent only after thoroughly reading the message to ensure secure delivery.

Challenges with Delivery

Addressing Delivery Issues: If the delivery agent does not attempt delivery, or if the shipment is incorrectly marked as return/refused/customer unavailable, please raise a complaint with us promptly.

Collaboration with Shiprocket: We will escalate the issue with our courier aggregator, Shiprocket, and explore alternative solutions, including re-shipping the order to ensure your gift reaches you.

Non-Delivery and Refunds

International Shipments
