Return Eligibility

14-Day Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible, items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Remediation: You will be eligible for a full refund or free replacement in such cases.

Exchanges

Exchange Process: To ensure you receive your desired item, return the item you have after the return is accepted, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours following the pickup of the order from the delivery address. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, a payout link will be issued to both the email and phone number utilised to place the order. In the case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Refund Delays: If over 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@foundationgift.com.

Amount for Order Confirmation: Any amount deducted for amount order confirmation will not be refunded, if the order is fullfilled/Transit.
