We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and also offer Cash on Delivery.
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

We ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 working days. For Mumbai, it usually arrives within 3 days.

3. How can I track my order?

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email once your order is confirmed and shipped.

4. Can I change the engraving after placing an order?

Since our products are customised, changes are usually not possible once your order is processed. Please reach out to our support team for any urgent edits.

5. Is the engraving permanent?

Yes, we use laser engraving which is long-lasting and doesn’t fade.

6. Are the products gold plated?

Yes, all bracelets, necklaces, and tag chains are 22K gold plated.

7. What materials are used in your products?

Most items are made of stainless steel with a polished and gold-plated finish.

8. Do you offer handmade products?

Yes, we have handmade crochet items and wooden frames.

9. How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep away from water, perfume, and chemicals. Wipe dry and store in an airtight box.

10. What is your return and warranty policy?

We offer a 12-month warranty on color fading and a 14-day return policy.

11. Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but all orders come in premium packaging. You can also add a special occasion card to your order.
